Once we have the ideal tool for the sharp, the natural stone, it is important the knowledge of how to use it. I do it this way and it works very well, but there exist others (as we say in Spanish, every master has his book):

* When the tool we are going to sharpen, needs to be emptied, with the model 700 of stone of emptying, the tool must remains calmed and it is the stone the one that realizes the movement, it is important to think about it because in this way we can support the wished angle.

* For sharpened with the corresponding stone, in any of his models (briquettes mod. 500 or the Classic model 800 ) we keep on remaining the tool calmed on the court table and it is the stone the one that moves.

* Very important it is always to have the stone soaked in water.
